A Master Production Set from the 1995 magical girl classic Kaitou Saint Tail (Phantom Thief Saint Tail). 

 

The production cel captures Rina’s defiant personality, while the attached douga (animation drawing) reveals the initial structural pencil work. The slight "waviness" and the natural adhesion between the cel and douga are authentic markers of its age and history within the 1990s animation studio environment.
