These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the As-Obi website (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. The Site is operated by DeepDip株式会社 ("we," "our," "us"). 本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、As-Obiウェブサイト（以下「本サイト」）のご利用および本サイトを通じた購入に適用されます。本サイトはDeepDip株式会社（以下「当社」）が運営しています。

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 本サイトへのアクセスまたは注文を行うことにより、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意されない場合は、本サイトをご利用にならないでください。

If there is any inconsistency between the English and Japanese versions, the English version shall prevail.

1. About As-Obi / As-Obiについて

As-Obi sells original and vintage artworks and related items ("Products"). Many Products are one-of-a-kind or limited items. As-Obiは、オリジナルおよびヴィンテージのアート作品および関連商品（以下「商品」）を販売しています。多くの商品は一点物または限定品です。

 

2. Product Information and Condition / 商品情報および状態

2.1 Accuracy of listings / 商品説明の正確性

We strive to describe Products and display images as accurately as possible. However, colors and textures may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and photography. 当社は商品説明および画像をできる限り正確に表示するよう努めていますが、お客様の画面、照明、撮影条件により、色や質感が異なって見える場合があります。

2.2 Vintage / one-of-a-kind nature / ヴィンテージ・一点物の性質

Many Products are vintage and may show signs of age consistent with their history. Minor marks, variations, or aging that do not materially affect the overall character of the item are not considered defects. 多くの商品はヴィンテージであり、その歴史に応じた経年の痕跡が見られる場合があります。商品全体の特性に実質的な影響を与えない軽微な傷、個体差、経年劣化は、不良とはみなされません。

2.3 Availability / 在庫状況

Product availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out at any time. 商品の在庫は保証されておらず、いつでも売り切れとなる場合があります。

 

3. Orders / 注文

3.1 Order acceptance / 注文の受付

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, listing errors, inventory issues, or shipping limitations). 注文の送信は購入の申込みを構成します。当社は独自の裁量により注文を承諾または拒否することができます（例：不正の疑い、商品説明の誤り、在庫問題、配送制限など）。

3.2 Order cancellation by us / 当社による注文キャンセル

If we cancel an order after payment is received, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible. お支払い受領後に当社が注文をキャンセルした場合、可能な限り元のお支払い方法により返金いたします。

Information about pricing, additional fees (including shipping), payment methods and timing, delivery timeframes, and returns/exchanges/refunds is provided on our Commercial Disclosure (特定商取引法に基づく表記) page, which forms part of these Terms by reference. 価格、追加料金（送料を含む）、支払方法およびタイミング、配送期間、返品・交換・返金に関する情報は、特定商取引法に基づく表記ページに記載されており、本規約の一部を構成します。

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Commercial Disclosure page regarding matters required to be disclosed under applicable Japanese regulations, the Commercial Disclosure page will govern. 適用される日本の法令により開示が求められる事項について、本規約と特定商取引法に基づく表記ページとの間に不一致がある場合、特定商取引法に基づく表記ページが優先されます。

 

5. Intellectual Property and Rights in Products / 知的財産権および商品に関する権利

5.1 Site content and listing images / サイトコンテンツおよび商品画像

Unless otherwise stated, all Site content created by DeepDip株式会社 for As-Obi (including product photography, listing images, text, layout, branding, and design elements) is owned by DeepDip株式会社 or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, repost, modify, distribute, or commercially use such content without our prior written permission. 特に記載がない限り、As-ObiのためにDeepDip株式会社が作成したすべてのサイトコンテンツ（商品写真、商品画像、テキスト、レイアウト、ブランディング、デザイン要素を含む）は、DeepDip株式会社が所有または当社にライセンスされており、知的財産法により保護されています。当社の事前の書面による許可なく、これらのコンテンツを複製、転載、修正、配布、商業的に使用することはできません。

5.2 Third-party rights in vintage/original works / ヴィンテージ・オリジナル作品における第三者の権利

Some Products sold on As-Obi are vintage/original works (including production materials) associated with third-party creators, studios, and rights holders. We do not claim ownership of any third-party copyrights, character rights, trademarks, or other intellectual property embodied in those works. All such rights remain with their respective owners. As-Obiで販売される一部の商品は、第三者のクリエイター、スタジオ、権利者に関連するヴィンテージ・オリジナル作品（制作資料を含む）です。当社は、これらの作品に含まれる第三者の著作権、キャラクター権、商標、その他の知的財産権の所有権を主張しません。これらすべての権利は、それぞれの所有者に帰属します。

5.3 What a purchase transfers / 購入により譲渡されるもの

Your purchase transfers ownership of the physical item only. No copyright, reproduction rights, merchandising rights, adaptation rights, or other intellectual property rights are transferred unless explicitly agreed in writing. ご購入により譲渡されるのは物理的な商品のみです。書面により明示的に合意されない限り、著作権、複製権、商品化権、翻案権、その他の知的財産権は譲渡されません。

 

6. Prohibited Conduct / 禁止行為

You agree not to: お客様は以下の行為を行わないことに同意します：

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes / 違法な目的で本サイトを使用すること

• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability / 本サイトの運営、セキュリティ、可用性を妨害しようとすること

• Use bots, scraping, or automated systems without permission / 許可なくボット、スクレイピング、自動化システムを使用すること

• Submit false information, impersonate others, or attempt fraudulent payments / 虚偽の情報を提供したり、他者になりすましたり、不正な支払いを試みたりすること

Our total liability for any claim related to an order or Product will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. 注文または商品に関連するいかなる請求についても、当社の総責任額は、請求の原因となった商品に対してお客様が支払った金額を超えないものとします。ただし、適用法により責任を制限できない場合を除きます。
