Important Notice Regarding Vintage Items / ヴィンテージ商品に関する重要事項

All items sold are original vintage products. Signs of age-related wear, minor imperfections, and patina are inherent characteristics of vintage items and should be expected. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural qualities as part of the item's authentic vintage condition.
当店で販売する商品はすべてオリジナルのヴィンテージ品です。経年による使用感、軽微な傷、風合いの変化などはヴィンテージ商品固有の特性であり、予めご了承ください。ご購入いただくことで、これらの特性を商品本来の状態の一部として受け入れることに同意したものとみなします。

 

1. Customer-initiated cancellations/returns (non-defective items) / お客様都合による返品・交換（不良品以外）

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our original vintage items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience (including change of mind). Age-related wear and vintage characteristics are not considered defects.
当店のオリジナルヴィンテージ品は一点物という性質上、お客様都合（イメージ違い等）による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。経年劣化やヴィンテージ特有の風合いは不良とはみなされません。

 

2. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items / 不良品・破損・誤配送

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@deepdip.co.jp within 3 days of delivery. We will review your claim and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
商品到着後すぐに内容をご確認ください。不良・破損・誤配送があった場合は、到着後3日以内に hello@deepdip.co.jp までご連絡ください。状況を確認の上、該当する場合は当社負担にて交換または全額返金いたします。

 

3. Non-delivery or shipping issues / 未着・配送トラブル

If your order has not arrived within 28 days from the shipment date, please contact us at hello@deepdip.co.jp so we can investigate.
発送日から28日を経過しても商品が到着しない場合は、hello@deepdip.co.jp までご連絡ください。調査いたします。

 

4. Refund processing (when approved) / 返金処理（承認された場合）

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
承認された返金は、元のお支払い方法に対して10営業日以内に処理されます。金融機関により処理時間が異なる場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。
